During my time at the Business Intelligence Team in Viborg Kommune, i have administrated the municipalitys Targit Management application, ensuring correct security rights and roles in the organization.I have additionally worked with optimization of workflow and information processing of work tasks related to Targit Management, as well as DevOps and Scrum processes. I have been instrumental in the change towards effort estimation in the BI team, and have worked with DevOps to ensure automated processes and an easier workflow for the team.I have worked closely with key people in the BI team, working on Targit Management processes to ensure a smoother workflow. I have done this through analysis of the current materials and processes, and made improvements and documentation for an improved process.

My job has consisted of UI/UX development support for our HotelRide Taxi Platform, among development and prototyping of our interface, with primary focus on functionality and nudging in our design.I have also had the responsibility for documenting our platform, as well as communication and development issue resolution, when integrating new features into our design.Along with our CEO Henrik Jespersen and COO Phillip Jespersen, I have had the opportunity of drafting and developing new systems and processes to ensure a stronger overall product, as well as a much stronger long term user experience when interacting with our systems. I have been commended for my ability to deliver valuable input throughout our development process, also creating mock-ups for designs in this same process. During my time at CommuteApp, I have created our websites, and designs for two completely new products, and redesigns for two existing products, which encompass all of our Taxi service, iOS, and Android products.I also create a lot, if not all, of our marketing material and visual aid, for both external and internal use for our products, including the designs themselves, as well as physical self-service terminals and print for QR codes.I have worked with extracting and analysing data from our databases, Firebase, SQL, and proprietary solutions, as well as creating documentation for our different technologies. In my work, I touch bases with many different areas of both production and management of our system and business processes, including development plans, test plans, managing our Kanban boards, keeping up with errors and cases via Humio. My sharp eye for details and patterns, means I am very good at spotting service disruptions, or potential support cases, before they are reported from customers and guests. During my work, I have worked closely with Niels Ladegaard Beck from Holion and Yuriy Shtybel from FutureOne Tech

At CommuteApp i have had the responsibility for internal and external communication and marketing in our B2C department. I have also been the primary driver for naming and implementing CommuteApp’s mascot, Planatea, in our design and marketing.My work has primarily been managing SoMe, SEO, Trustpilot, Google Search, Google Business, Email and SMS marketing. Furthermore, I have also taken on the job of managing our Google Analytics, Google Firebase & Firestore, user transactions, partner implementation, and our international partners.Additionally, I have also worked with UI & UX, as well as prototyping, on our designs and implementation in both the ‘Commute’ app and in our taxi implementation.My work has always been characterized by high quality and well thought-out decisions as the basis.

My primary responsibilities have been updating our communication material and establishing a communication strategi & guidelines for SoMe and in-app marketing, focused on our B2C Marketing Team.I have made new partner profiles for our CO2-Coin partners, for better brand integration between Commute and our partners, along with increased interaction with our customer segment.Furthermore, i have worked on integerating nudges and coa to a higher degree within our B2C communication.

A 2-month internship where my primary responsibilities are revisioning, updating, and optimizing the Pro-Lead & Pro-Rekruttering websites, including a complete overhaul of the content, along with major design updates. Additionally, i have focused on optimizing the website for proper SEO integration and improving user-friendliness for mobile users.

Along with my co-founders we established a concept for selling tailor-made suits to danish high school students. We participated with this idea at the Danish Entrepreneurship Awards (The biggest innovation and entrepreneur competition in Europe) and ended as semi-finalists, among 200+ competitors.

I assisted the Ross Teigan Scholarship with attracting a younger audience in Skive, ahead of a scholarship competition held with Skive Musikskole.The arrangers of the event reported higher participation from the target audience following our activities.
