Hi friends, I go by the name No Recipe. For the last 8 years I've been doing dietary and nutritional consults, creating from scratch recipes, doing life coaching in tandem with the dietary consults to aid in clients reaching their goals and the last year I have been writing the Food and Health column for Mainer News.
