As a fourth-year Biochemistry major with a minor in Critical Identity Studies at Beloit College, I am deeply invested in both inorganic and nuclear chemistry. My primary interest is on understanding the impact of radioactivity on human health, with a specific focus into how these elements interact on a molecular level.Beyond the classroom, I take pride in my leadership and organizational roles. I have served on the executive board of the Sexuality and Gender Alliance, where I developed skills in leadership, project management, and budget oversight. As a member coordinator for Barbell Bucs, a weightlifting club, I manage member engagement and facilitate events. I also assist in teaching both inorganic and analytical chemistry as a teaching assistant and serve as a curator for Beloit College's paleontology collection.I aim to integrate my scientific interests with a broader understanding of identity and community, and I continue to build on this foundation through my academic and extracurricular work. My experiences have shaped my approach to both chemistry and interdisciplinary study, and I look forward to applying these insights in future endeavors.
