In that role I was responsible for an evaluation of costs, building clear pricing models and SLA requirements, data validation, building tender specifications, evaluating the offers and selection of the vendor, assisting the lawyers with contract preparation, and more. The successful implementation of this tender translated into savings totaling millions of dollars.
