In 2022, I've joined Google's Material Design team as a UX Design ManagerLeading the Material for Devices design team in an AI-first era ⟡₊⋆∘ I'm a creative leader with years of experience building, managing, and nurturing multidisciplinary creative teams. I have crafted innovative digital experiences for large corporates, cultural establishments, and various startups at agencies, client organizations, and in-house product teams. My skill set ranges from developing high-level experience strategies and roadmaps with executive leaders to hands-on UX/UI execution, depending on what is necessary for the job and team to succeed. I drive inclusive user-centered design processes from research and strategy, ideation and development, and all the way to build, launch, and post-launch iterations. I work closely with technical teams to optimize design and tech workflows. I thrive on breaking silos and working closely with other discipline leads and contributors.My background is in experience strategy and design for consumer-facing apps. I spent years designing integrated experiences developing products that digitally enhance physical spaces by creating engagement across multiple platforms using various technologies. I spent years in the television industry, working on branding channels and shows and designing for motion. And some years in creating identities and brand expressions in print media. I've received a full Graduate Dean's Scholarship (2011-2013) from the MFA Design & Technology department at Parsons, the New School for Design, where I later taught creative coding and physical computation.
