As an Information Technology Specialist for Courthouse News Service, I work individually and also as a team using Jira, Groove, Slack, Fullstory, SendGrid, SQL and more tools. I worked as an administrator of the CasePortal and DataLocker database, which is Courthouse News Service subscription based product. I work with the database creating queries, retrieving the correct information, assisting users with complex queries, and using data/user experience to investigate solve/troubleshoot issues and close tickets. In addition, I keep track of document requests for users and follow up to retrieve financial, employee, and client records when needed. After creating tickets in Jira, I worked directly with the Product Development/IT team to follow those tickets to their resolution. High priority tickets were worked on first followed by medium and lower priority tickets. I provided administrative support to other departments or projects as needed and perform other duties, keeping a firm knowledge of networking, information security, and SQL knowledge to work with Product Development team and investigate issues regarding the CasePortal database. Trainer

Chino, California, United States

Gained a great amount of experience working with FedEx Ground. I previously held the Trainer position and then worked as a Switcher. As a switcher, I was responsible for the movement of the trailers to and from the unload/load doors and throughout the yard and organized zones. This also includes doing daily checks on the equipment to ensure everything is working properly and to prevent known issues from worsening. As a trainer, I was responsible for training new hires and teaching them everything they needed to know regarding the new position - including safety, equipment, machinery, and the proper and safest way that tasks needed to be executed. I kept close track of the progress of the employees who were being trained and reinforced training in the areas that some individuals may have lacked. As a trainer, I would also assist the operations manager with managing the area & completing tasks on time for the area so that the trailers could be completed in the system, dispatched and arrive at their destination on time. These tasks also included completing Work Rights regarding safety, and making sure that all individuals were working properly, efficiently, and safely.

In addition with testing, I tested Unbuffered RAM and ECC Registered RAM on Cisco servers. Advanced memory testers were used as well to test and verify the the laptop, desktop, and server RAM memory modules.
