Having held several roles in People Operations management that relied on communication, resolution, and leadership, I excel at building strong relationships with employees, managers, and clients alike, and thrive in team environments. I currently work as an Associate Consultant at Clarity HR Consulting, where guide and advise clients to achieve their business goals, while keeping the well-being of their people in focus.Before joining Clarity HR Consulting, I spent 3 years at The Adventure Challenge as a People Operations Manager, and a Customer Experience Manager. In People Operations, I oversaw HR policies and procedures, coached employees, and managed conflict resolution. Prior to that, as a Customer Experience Manager, I was responsible for overseeing the support and engagement teams, policy creation, performance management, conflict resolution, and customer communication oversight in writing and responses. Additionally, I spent 4 years at a local non-profit facility, where I gained experience in design, event administration, scheduling, finance reconciliation, and general administration.These experiences have cultivated a diverse skill set, including proficiency in HR policies, people management, coaching, communication, and team management, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new environments. I am committed to delivering results and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
