CRM Implementation Leadership:• Spearheading the selection, configuration, and deployment of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system tailored to the company's specific needs.• Training staff on CRM usage, developing best practices and providing ongoing support to maximize system efficiency.• Monitoring the effectiveness of the CRM in improving customer relationships, sales tracking, and data management.Lead Management & Follow-Up:• Proactively identifying and following up on potential sales leads generated through various channels such as online inquiries, marketing campaigns, and industry networking events.• Utilizing the CRM system to track lead progress, ensuring timely communication, and updating records with relevant information.• Qualifying leads based on specific criteria to prioritize high-potential opportunities and streamline the sales pipeline.Customer Communication & Relationship Building:• Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information.• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.• Regularly engaging with customers to understand their needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies for customer outreach and retention.Equipment Inspection & Procurement:• Leading the inspection and assessment of equipment to ensure it meets quality standards and operational requirements.• Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.• Managing the purchasing process, including issuing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of equipment.• Maintaining up-to-date records of all equipment purchases, warranties, and maintenance schedules in the CRM system.
