Manage the sales, quality and shipping departments to promote business development and growth in the Aerospace, Defense and Space Technology industries. Support initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency in all aspects of business. Assist all departments to continually refine and improve processes.

Lead the sales team which supplies aerospace hardware to the commercial and military aviation industries. Work with OEM's, MRO's and prime contractors to assist in maintenance and production related hardware requirements. Also specialize in offering alternate solutions to customers with AOG or critical line down situations to avoid lead times and excess costs.
