With over 10 years in the fiber industry, I have progressed from roles as a laborer, utility locator,Installer, and splice lead to managing fiber to the home (FTTH), MDU, and business installations. This background quickly led me to designing the OSP for FTTH, MDU, and B2B networks. While designing these networks, I oversee the design, permitting, and GIS teams to ensure efficient and effective deployment.I also have substantial experience coordinating pull and blow operations to ensure efficient fiber installation. I am adept at building out fiber cabinets, including mounting hardware and electronics, and consistently deliver precise, high-quality work with patch panels and fiber enclosures.As a highly skilled splicer, I excel in using various splice machines for both ribbon and loose tube fibers, including seamlessly transitioning loose tube fibers into ribbon. I am proficient in fiber termination and experienced with OTDRs for testing and troubleshooting.My strong multitasking abilities and collaborative approach enable me to work effectively with multiple departments, ensuring top-notch performance and reliability in every project.
