I am a journalism student with a passion for sports and story-telling. I am currently an intern for Learfield at Georgia Bulldog Sports Marketing and focus on digital media where I take photo and video for UGA sports’ social media pages. I also help upload and edit the events we capture. I work as a replay operator with DawgVision where I create replays during live UGA sports events for their streaming through SEC network.Outside of my work I have done assignments covering local businesses and the local music scene in Athens. My local business coverage led me to profiling Classic City Cycling to better understand the affect Covid-19 had on people focused businesses. My local Music coverage put me in front of the stage where I was given the opportunity to interview members of the Athens band, Hotel Fiction.My work experience has proven to me that I can learn quickly and pick up new skills. Both of my current jobs hired me with no previous technical experience and both have taught me vital broadcast and media skills. Some of those skills being quick editing for media and equipment operation alongside many others.
