Does all the tasks as the Admissions Associate but with more responsibilities and tasks. As a Sales Associate I am held to higher standers than the average Admissions Associate, in this positions I have to make sure that I am imputing guest information correctly and eventually for any product they buy such as a season pass. I upsell many different products such as all season add on to their pass up single day add on such as all day dinning in the park. I am also responsible for collecting guest emails after each transaction to make sure they have the ability to get deals and offers from kings island. I also have to be able to answer a wider range of questions and give highly detailed responses that are delivered efficiently and give the guest as much information as they need. I also work in a team setting where I am able to help my fellow coworkers answer questions with them being able to help me and get feedback on my performance and constantly improve.

As an admissions associate at kings island I would greet and welcome guests at the entrance of park and ensures all guests have the proper ticket or pass for entry. I would use registers within the front of the park to sell tickets or parking at the tolls plaza. Also. At the tolls plaza I would upsell different types of parking. Then at the sales windows I would advises and sells guests a variety of tickets, passes, and add-on options for their visit in a friendly and efficient manner. I also helped out at bottle cart, where I would sell many different types of drink planes, help guests redeem any meal vouchers and answer any questions. I also worked the VIP lounge where I would make sure guests had valid entry and assist with any problems the guest had. Finally, I worked at the fast lane and help center booth, at these locations I would assist with any questions, measure kids heights for rides, and help guest purchase and redeem fast lane vouchers. Working in all of these locations I have learned how to quickly and efficiently answer any questions and solve any problems that might arise. Also, in my experience I have helped out at our concert venue where I would check guests VIP bands and assist with checking people into the venue.
