-Plan and execute outreach efforts throughout the greater Los Angeles/Southern California area;-Conduct outreach and interface with clients via social networking sites within appropriate safety parameters;-Assist in the development of outreach standards and best-practices for the STOP Partner Abuse / Violence Program;-Assist with survey data analysis and incorporate data analysis in program materials as appropriate;-Assist in the development, production, and revision of all program, educational, and outreach materials;-Assist with volunteer trainings/orientations;-Provide linked referrals to family violence clients for appropriate services;-Keep accurate and up-to-date files for trained STOP Partner Abuse / Violence Program volunteers;-Assist in the marketing of all program and outreach efforts;-Prepare monthly and quarterly reports as required by funder and program supervisors as needed;-Assist in the recruitment of all volunteers;-Provide outreach intervention to STOP Partner Abuse / Violence groups and clients as assigned;-Provide triage to STOP Partner Abuse / Violence Program participants and clients;-Interface with Centerlink project participants and assist with training efforts as needed;-Assist the Program Coordinator and program staff with administrative and clerical duties/responsibilities;

-Adhere to and assist in the implementation of all Business Office procedures;-Rotate on a monthly basis to all departmental stations including Front Desk, Medical Records, and Phones;-Front desk reception, including patient check-in, scheduling of patient’s appointments, and making preliminary assessments of clients in order to ensure appropriate client services;-Record all collections of client payments or co-pays for services rendered, and assure accurate monetary transactions, daily balancing and reconciliation sheets;-Maintenance of all daily and monthly schedules for medical, mental health and social services personnel;- Check client’s eligibility status with insurance carrier including completing Medi-Cal reservations for care (TARs);-Assist in the maintenance of the medical records filing system, including routing charts to providers, accurate record-tracking, filing medical records, loose-sheet sorting and filing;-Process record requests for outside entities in a timely manner while adhering to confidentiality practices and procedures;-Clinic phone coverage, including scheduling and canceling appointments, placing appointment reminder calls, and providing general information about services offered;-Train and work with clerical volunteers as needed;-Perform daily administrative functions as assigned, such as word processing, general communications (voice, written and electronic);-Attend and actively participate in staff meetings including internal staff trainings as needed;-Special projects and other duties as assigned;
