- Hired by University to conduct five semester-long research projects.- Spearheaded writing each project’s 5-10 page report for University files long term.- Researched student experience through surveys and interviews. Conducted over 150 interviews with students and gleaned insights from responses.- Consulted University administration on first year experience, international student experience, student experience tracking, and Title IX Training based on research. Prepared and delivered presentation on findings to university administrators and other stakeholders.

- Co-designed and co-facilitated a 20-hour per week, 6-week remote Junior Internship program with manager, focusing on career readiness for 46 participants (8th–10th grade). Developed and conducted multiple weekly sessions, covering resume building, networking practice, and presentation skills.- Updated several thousand Salesforce entries, taking initiative to fill information gaps when not asked.- Consulted internally, creating plan to integrate professional development into corporate volunteering opportunities.
