I gravitate towards situations in which I can lead and help others get to be their best selves. My business interests are multiple leadership opportunities in the business world to both improve myself and others. I have a natural talent to motivate others and inspire them to better themselves. The small group that I lead at church helped me realize this natural ability I have. My inspiration to want to be a leader was the strong leadership I had in my life. My small group leaders in middle and high school were fundamental to my personal growth. They took the time to listen to me and understand my situation. My dream after college is to start at a large company where I can take charge of situations and lead my team and company to success. I want a career that centers around teamwork and having challenges that need to be overcome.
