- Manage territory with the goal of increasing the company’s reach within the community through hospice and palliative care services- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, case managers, social workers, business owners, and others in order to bring our services to more people in need- Provide educations on hospice and palliative care to caregivers, nurses, and other staff members of assisted living communities, rehab centers, home care agencies, etc.- Meet with the patients and families to educate and determine what their needs are- Implement strategies to increase brand awareness and build upon successful marketing campaigns.- Work with a team of nurses, social worker, chaplain, and CNAs to make sure the goals of care for thepatients we are helping are being met- Educate and communicate with Spanish speaking families and individuals who are in need of our services

- Manage and oversee day to day marketing and advertising campaigns - Interview, hire and manage a sales team - Work directly with clients to manage their lighting service needs

- Develop and Maintain relationships with accounts’ buyers and associates - Reach out to potential accounts to grow channels- Set and meet quarterly goals and quota. - Promotional planning for each account. - Resolve customer concerns and issues. - Manage daily business using SalesForce. Documenting communication, setting account tasks/opportunities, forecasting and keeping accounts up to date with latest contact information.
