I have always had a desire and love for the culinary arts and the hospitality industry. I truly enjoy the creation and freedom of being in a restaurant and the fast paced lifestyle of this industry. I like the flexibility it brings, even as a manager, and the fact that I still have time with my family who is always number one. I am a Manager and Director who believes guests are why we're here and that the people we work with have to believe that also. I enjoy ensuring both the guests and the crew enjoy their respective experience, and that if one side does not, then I failed. I am competent in general administrative duties and computer programs. I am an organized person and one that enjoys getting the job done quickly and knowing when to delegate tasks. I see myself involved in the hospitality industry for a long time in some aspect. My family is very important to me and quality time with them is a factor of mine when choosing a place to work.On a personal note I am married to my beautiful wife of 19 years, have a 15 year old son and a 11 year old daughter. I enjoy spending time as a family and doing things together. I am an avid craft beer fan and enjoy finding new things that inspire me.
