After graduating with a double major in Supply Chain Operations and Finance from the University of South Carolina, I worked for a Medical Device company in Smith + Nephew for 4+ years. I had the opportunity to be in a supply chain and procurement leadership development program that granted me exposure to a number of departments including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement, and Inventory Optimization. After the program, I ended up in a high visibility role optimizing our inventory in the US Orthopedic division. Through S+N, I had the ability to present to C-Suite level executives, while strategically driving and executing organizational impact initiatives. Understanding how to navigate all position levels of an organization, helped prepare me on how to drive value to an organization. This is key in my current role as Parter of Strategy & Operations for The Millson Group. I'm passionate about strategically developing processes, tools, and initiatives to drive value in an organization, while ensuring they are executed and have a sustainable path. I have enjoyed growing my skillset and knowledge, utilizing data to drive decisions, and am eager to continue pursuing connections and partnerships to improving businesses!
