CurrentManage U-Haul Roadside department process, procedure and systems. Manage process and guidelines to fall within what will best serve our customers. Manage procedure with team members to ensure the best service is given. Managing computer systems to be up to date and efficient for our team members. • Establish and maintain relationships with internal, external customers and business units.• Create system metrics with the use of Power BI and Databricks to measure success in previous and future upgrades/changes. • Modify existing software, adapt it to new hardware, upgrade interfaces and improve performance for end users. Internal and external customers.• Test changes to database applications or systems. Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables. Submit project deliverables.• Confer with management or development teams to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.
