- Reporting process create- update- and analyse reports to find opportunities that can drive improvements related to service- inventory or cost reduction and lead the changes across EMEA countries. - Initiate- lead and implement process improvement projects based on lean methodology by collaborating with up to 150 colleagues. - Communicate results to leadership team and make business recommendations based on KPIs- root cause analysis or academic knowledge.- Take preventive action to ensure the correct network planning (factories- transportation- warehouse).- Run a part of an operation within Supply Chain and Logistics.- Identifying bottlenecks- challenging the status quo- and contributing to the standardization of routines.

As part of the Organisation Leader and Change Major of the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences curriculum, we need to participate in a Business Organisation Simulation. Specifically work for 3PH, a sustainable packaging manufacturer, as par of the Design Department.

As a second year student, certain individuals were given the opportunity to act as an assistant coach for the course Co-Creative Entrepreneurship. As assistant coach I was given the responsibility to moderate the classes, tend to any queries or questions posed by the students, provide constructive feedback to ideas. This honours course has allowed me to develop my communication skills, critical feedback giving skills, and organisational skills.
