In this capacity, I assumed a pivotal role in conducting comprehensive research and analysis, essential for informed decision-making and implementation. My responsibilities encompassed the identification of suitable properties for acquisition, the formulation of rental agreements, and the proficient management of tenant relations. Ultimately, our strategic approach led to the successful divestment of the acquired properties, resulting in a profitable outcome upon the conclusion of tenant contracts.
