Fulfilled incoming requests for book files and managed the logistics of said requests through completion. Pulled reports from SAP and MyHouse, imported the data into Excel, and maintained various metrics and custom formulas to convey information clearly. Managed multiple attendance calendars across different mediums (print, Excel, and Outlook) to ensure.

Coordinated job schedules with field crew to meet company budgets and customer deadlines. Assisted with maintaining Quickbooks records, including entering invoices and submitting weekly payroll for all employees. Assisted sales department by preparing necessary documents for upcoming job bids.

Developed, with Dr. Stephanie Hsu, a curriculum for a literature class with a focus in legal rhetoric. Analyzed Supreme Court transcripts, novels, and short stories through a lens of social justice. Consolidated and transcribed hand-written notes on each reading and class discussion for future use.
