At the FrontRunner unit of UTA (Utah Transit Authority) I provide curriculum development, instructional design expertise, and training process support, following the ADDIE Model to best aid the organization’s goals and mission. Oversee curriculum management process for the Operations and Maintenance of FrontRunner. I assist Operations and Vehicle maintenance Training Leaders in implementing standardized curriculum, instructional development, and management. Staying compliant with Federal Regulations and specific rules of our railroad is crucial. I create training content and assessments (formative, summative, and performance) to make this a reality. I use E-Learning to bridge learning gaps. This allows for higher learning and analytics of data.Technologies I use include: Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Techsmith Camtasia, Sumtotal, and Nearpod.
