As a student in Planning and Analysis, I was responsible for assisting the team in researching, analyzing and applying statistical analysis to identify needs and trends in the division. I assisted in producing accurate and timely performance reports for the Client Services division. I provided co-workers with continuous feedback about data variances affecting the Client Services division. I developed a machine learning model to forecast the number of calls that the advisor call center would receive for the next month, out performing the model in place by 47%. I also automated multiple everyday processes that would cumulatively take over 10 hours of manual work monthly.
