Equipment Reinstatement Project Support (Present day) Duties:- Create material demand/requisitions for Out-of-Service equipment. Create service requisitions/Purchase Orders for vendor related activities.  Involve in the creation of Material Mater Request and later tie same to corresponding equipment bill of material (BOM)  Responsible for maintaining, updating of the EERT tracking spreadsheet and generating progress report for the management team. Interface with the procurement group (buyer & expediter) and the field group on early delivery of specified materials  Interface with Central Maintenance Contract Planning to resolve service related issues. Support other critical groups (e.g. Engineering group, shutdown team, heavy equipment etc.) with materials/service procurement coordination.

Maintenance Planner (Offshore) Duties: - (WITH SAP) Review and conversion of SAP Notifications Review and scheduling of Break-in Work Orders Monitoring of status for running Work Orders/attaching materials to work orders on request from Technicians Close out of equipment condition monitoring work orders Scoping and scheduling of approved work orders Follow up on status of all outstanding materials/equipment requisitions Updates to existing materials trackers. Conduct Weekly/Daily work planning meetings to review status of planned/scheduled preventive corrective work orders Reviewing/scheduling and completion of Backlog work orders Processing and close-out of completed notifications Prepare Material Master Request Forms for cataloging of new spare parts/equipment Identify PM spares and update parent equipment BOM Review/update of installed equipment status and data Identify and provide physical tag numbers to equipment (NEW) Bi-weekly reports on planned and emergency drills (2 to 3 reports/hitch) - (Event recorder during Emergencies & drills). Prepare Contractor Service Entries. Create contractor Service Requisitions. Material/Service Requisitions using the SAP work order management systemProper analysis of time Records on (SAP) a day-to-day basis  Quality Inspections of all Programmed Maintenance QA/QC Results on (SAP) Follow-up Technical Histories of particular Equipment’s/Operation on (SAP).  Reporting to the On-shore Central Maintenance Planner of any abnormality identified for corrective measures.  Training of field personnel on the work order management processes and closure in SAP/R3 system.

 Performed checks and Calibration on: DP flow transmitters, level transmitters, temperature transmitters, signal converters/transducers and pressure switches. All production operation maintenance activities, Calibrations, installations and maintenance of Pneumatics transmitters of FPSO facilities  Disconnection, flushing of clogged sensing lines and re-commissioning of FT/FSDL in the hot glycol lines Participating in witnessing equipment tests. Maintenances and operation of PLCs panels  Bump-testing of all portable gas detectors while on board Tracing flow lines and instrument control loops to familiarize with the process operation, equipment location and process controls. Electronics systems troubleshooting and repair Assigned also to the Instrumentation group with whom following jobs were executed:- Function testing and re-calibration where necessary, of critical devices:-- thermal detectors- smoke detectors, - flame detectors, gas detectors, - Flow/level switches and transmitters, Assigned to Integrated Commissioning teams for the commissioning of the FPSO process equipment/Systems- Process systems- Gas generation systems- Crude metering systems- Integrated controls and shutdown systems- Utility and support Systems- The fire and gas suppression system

Participated in the design, construction and installation of several real time controlled automatic car demobilizers, fire alarms systems and inter-telecommunications systems.
