For the past two years I've been working as a Dota 2 eSports Manager. I've been scouting talents and connecting players based on their skills. I worked with several teams and introduced them to a professional working environment; coordinating schedules, contracting, communication, strong work ethics, positive psychological enforcement and most importantly connecting the eSports scene. My job is to make sure that my players can fully focus on their work and get the most out of a day. I handle anything that is happening outside of the game to ensure a stress-free environment for my players.I started with my own team called "Swiss Quality Gaming" and was soon after offered a job by Bursaspor eSports. I setup a Dota 2 team for the football club in September 2018. Sadly we lacked success and lost our Sponsorship deal. I continued working with the team and we made some adjustments.We started being successful in some online tournaments and got signed by Team Singularity in February 2019. Since then I've been working as their Dota 2 Manager.
