At a time when we are facing huge societal challenges, I firmly believe that sport can play a crucial role in tackling these challenges. Social cohesion, promoting democracy, education, health, sustainability, integration, inclusion - the opportunities are many and varied.What makes sport so unique is its ability to convey important values in a simple and fun way. This is exactly what I want to contribute to.In the Berlin Football Association, I support clubs in building sustainable structures and initiating essential transformations. Polar Pinguin is a socially committed football club from Berlin-Schöneberg, where I actively play myself and where, in my role as managing director, I can experience what club work means in practice and how it has the potential to improve the lives of many people.
