As a Business Analyst, I work in a team (PCM, Product Configuration Management) responsible for the system delivery of Tre’s new products and offerings. The team manages product requirements from the Danish product management as well as from our joint technology department. Since the requirements we work with are directly linked to our business, such as the launch of new pricing plans or product concepts, our requirements are usually characterized by having a short "time to market" and are highly prioritized by the company management. I have end-to-end responsibility for the technical product delivery, and together with the team, I ensure that the requirement is developed according to the request.

I worked as a Product Owner for the Portfolio Management team in Digital Capability group within the IS/IT department. In this role I was involved and worked with strategic tasks that concern Portfolio Managements operations. My ares of responsibility was also to supervisor and control the business through prioritizing the backlog.
