Current• In-house audio expert• Create project plans, communication plans, and project scopes• Conduct risk analysis and mitigation, execute on project plans in audio, video, lighting domains• Lead, plan, and create audio, video, lighting system designs• Collaborate with Event Designers and Technical Producers to produce technical blueprints and bill of materials for over 700events per year, with a revenue stream in the tens of millions of dollars• Create 2D and 3D CAD plans and iterate as needed from client review to on-site installation• Design Audio, Video, Lighting, Data Networking, and Power Distribution systems for efficient and effective deployment byon-site teams• Coordinate with co-vendors on equipment schedules and design integrations• Work with Warehouse teams to streamline equipment design and packaging• Conduct annual cost/benefit analysis of capital expenditures
