-Design and implement strength and conditioning programs for assigned teams-Assist the Director of Strength and Conditioning with the design and implementation of strength and conditioning programs.-Maintain knowledge and ensure compliance with NCAA and college rules and regulations that apply to the areas of strength and conditioning-Participate in department activities and attend all scheduled meetings-Work with the athletic training department as needed with injury prevention and assist with any other duties as assigned by the Director of Strength and Conditioning

-Design and implement strength and conditioning programs for the NCWC Woman's Basketball Team-Personally designed and implemented all of the strength and conditioning programs-Responsible for working with the head coach of the basketball team to design conditioning and resistance training programs around their practices and games-Use of periodization to assure that the team would be in peak condition as the season started-Responsible for ensuring that we complied with the NCAA and college rules that apply to strength and conditioning-Participated in all department activities and attend all scheduled meetings-Worked hand in hand with the athletic training department as needed with injury prevention and rehabilitation
