 Analyze RIDCU-5 field data to verify status as and when necessary, and produce daily, weekly, monthly/quarterly data computation and analysis reports for use by project/project management. Provide routine guidance to RIDCU-5 field testing and use of new innovative monitoring tools as they are developed and refine them for RMNCAH/SRH Sector use. Provide technical and program support to ensure quality implementation of comprehensive Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health activities with focus on data collection, entry, cleaning, and analysis on: Review field reports to ensure that they respond to the RIDCU-5 project objectives and comply with sector indicators. Verify the validity of field data by making routine field visits to check adherence to agreed data collection methods and authenticity of collected information. Undertake competency-based skills development and mentoring for CBS focal points covering early detection, early warning, infection prevention and control, community-based surveillance (in line with the nationally adopted Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response strategy) and strengthening of referrals. Set-up the MEAL and CARM system, including all tools and data collection processes for the overall project Design. Plan and lead all MEAL and CARM activities including assessments, evaluations, routine monitoring (i.e. PDM) and develop standards for data collection.  Collate, analyze and validate information and data received from assessment, evaluations and regular monitoring activities.  Provide training and monitoring in the development of M&E plans, M&E tools as well as survey  Assist/collaborate with external evaluators on the design and roll-out of the program baseline, midline and end line and evaluations, while setting up effective systems for learning.

 Conducts systematic regular follow-ups in communities, schools and households’ level to check the results both at output and outcome level. Engages community and other stakeholders in monitoring and collects their reflections about the outcomes of the projects. Support fieldwork of the Baseline Study, Mid-term and End line evaluation of the projects by assisting the consultant and BCO team. Ensure that the Project has a computerized database including possible for managing and analysing M&E information that projects/programme can use their regular management decisions and further programme quality improvement Develop accountability and feedback mechanism for each project through adopting Child Friendly Feedback Mechanism (CFFM) guidelines and inter-agency tools and take necessary initiatives to enhance capacity and Flow Chart and reporting protocol in collaboration with the respective Programme Managers. Participate in different project meetings to get key information about experiences and work with other agencies where appropriate. Information support to prepare monthly/quarterly/annual monitoring report for the program team and for the donors. Compiles Monthly Project Implementation Report and compile Country Quarterly, Annual and project completion Reports for the projects. Technically support GPON Nigeria to meet impact goal and data ambition set out in Strategic Action Plan (SAP 2022 - 2024 and GPON’s global Measurement and Client Responsiveness Units’ standards and practices for improving monitoring practice and use of data within the organization.

 Work with the PSS/Case workers team to implement the activities in the work plans as per the log frame specifications, and ensure proper sex, age and disability disaggregated data is collected and stored. Prepared project proposals and concept papers, SMART indicators, realistic MEAL budgets, MEAL Plans, and evidence-based project designs. Developed and ensure all projects under protections have a standard log frame, M&E plan with defined indicators, Results Monitoring Framework, Indicator tracking table (ITT), field-level data collection tools in line with donor requirements. Monitor implementations of protection activities in line with MEAL standards and humanitarian standards through schedule visits, data quality assurance, spot check/verification visits against reports, and reports reviews (as per agreed schedule with donors, project managers, and MEAL Plan). Update all MEAL system standard documents and data on a monthly basis. Consolidate, analyze and draft quantitative and qualitative MEAL reports in line with MEAL plans, highlighting project outcomes and impact. Support in the facilitation of integration of IASC principles, cross-cutting issues (gender, protection), and core humanitarian standards in MEAL functions. Build capacity of supervised MEAL staff (CFMs, MEAL Assistants & enumerators) in order to facilitate delivering of high-quality outputs especially during assessments, PDMs, FGDs, KIIs. Train and provide technical guidance to project partners on project MEAL systems and provide ongoing routine coaching and mentorship of partners MEAL staff. Develop/adapt contextually appropriate accountability tools and systems to enable response staff to better include communities in program planning, implementation, and monitoring. Support in the process of information sharing, Consultation, Participation & Complaints and response of affected people is being conducted by MEAL and Community feedback assistants.

Participated in the development of MEAL System and project indicators for USAID and ECHO projects to help achieve quality in our programs and ensure individual and Program teams are accountable to stakeholders through information sharing and developing a complaint or feedback mechanisms to help guide programmed implementation. Carryout market assessment, price monitoring analysis and document market system behavior changes as well as other case studies at the project level and ensure data quality control. Maintain information records and monitoring plan documentation, such as CPDR, records of commodity movements and Programme checklists, in order to ensure in the effective delivery and distribution of food items or non-food items.
