I am a diligent, hard-working student at North Carolina State University. My major is in Chemical Engineering, and I have a minor in Material Science and Engineering as well as in Mathematics. In 2022, I joined Dr. Dickey's research group and began experimenting with liquid metals. Through this experience, I gained first-hand experience in a laboratory setting. In 2018, I planned, organized, and directed my Eagle Scout Project in which I designed the blueprints for indoor-outdoor furniture and coordinated its construction. Through this project, I became adept at communicating with the beneficiary of the project, explaining the maintenance, functionality, and timeline for the project. I also gained engineering experience, through planning, prototyping, and revising the furniture design to ensure a high standard of quality for the beneficiary.My interest in Chemical Engineering derives from my enjoyment of chemistry and attending the Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering Summer Camp hosted by North Carolina State University in 2019. I am passionate about problem-solving and learning.
