Continued to lead CCR's development team which was responsible for policy, origination, strategy and project development across the company's national storage and solar platform. Formed and implemented strategy associated with growth in storage, power marketing products and organizational transformation.

Led CCR's national development team, provided vision and management of organization wide turnaround and eventual new equity sponsor. Executive team member, chaired development risk committee, and initiated development and market portfolio growth and focus.

Led solar and storage market development, strategy, and origination. Primarily focused on Cypress' activity in community solar and ISO/RTO markets nationally.

Led CCR's entry into community solar development (beginning with NY CDG), role evolved into managing a solar and storage development team focused on ISO-NE, NYISO and Northeastern community solar markets.

Successfully led cross-functional teams to develop and manage wind energy investments in the continental U.S. up to commercial operation, focused in the Great Plains region. Responsible for budgeting, site identification, wind resource analysis, public approval process, permitting and development of community and strategic customer relationships. Acquired, developed and permitted over 1,000 MW of near term (2014-2016 COD) projects.

Worked closely with VP of Business Development, VP of Corporate Development, and CFO on positioning, fundraising and financial modeling projects.

Assisted existing industry-focused teams in generation of deal flow and analysis of high opportunity sub-sectors in healthcare services and energy services.

While at subsidiary (International Gas Consulting) successfully led front-end design and regulatory development processes for parent company, Cardinal Gas Storage Partners, as well as third-party clients. Additionally, managed a team of commercial and technical experts on wide variety of midstream and downstream natural gas infrastructure focused project development and consulting engagements.

Traded on the Western U.S. desk, focused on real-time physical power transactions in WECC/CAISO electrical markets and managed day to day oversight of Bay Area fleet of natural gas generation assets.

Worked within the consulting department developing new client relationships, executing on project-specific and market assessment advisory assignments, as well as delivering quarterly housing industry briefings to numerous Fortune 500 lenders, home builders, and retailers.
