I am currently working as a sales associate and really appreciate the opportunity to interact with and help clients. I would like to continue pursuing a career in sales because I love client service, I am good with people and I truly enjoy those interactions, I am also someone that works well under pressure and would thrive under a compensation based pay.I worked at a childcare centre for 5 years called Garderie des Ami in both a part time and full time capacity. I enjoyed the work and feel I learned a lot working with children and my team. I was responsible for taking care of kids aged 5 to 12 in the after school program. I had the opportunity to work with the program on a full time basis during the summer months when my availability was more open. During my time there, I offered specialized support for special needs children. I was able to fine tune many of my skills doing this work such as autonomy, patience and built up my oral and written communication skills when it came to talking to parents and summarizing how the day went or just connecting with them at the end of the day. I am currently employed at Popeye's Supplements Merivale location as a sales representative and have been working there since June 2022. I really enjoy the interactions I get to have with customers and am passionate about sales which makes my job very enjoyable. Building relationships with repeat customers and seeing them come back is very rewarding and something that keeps me motivated in my role.
