Noah Jaffe is a Creative | Interdisciplinary Student at New York University at Freelance. Colleagues describe him as "Noah joined my team as a junior creative fellow, looking to learn what he could on the job about the world of advertising creative teams. He had already shown talent in creation of a number of animated/video promotional products, but didn't have much hands on experience with the day to day of an advertising agency.
I was impressed with Noah's drive, ability, and desire to jump right in. Not having experience in the programs we use regularly, I had suggested spending some time getting up to speed so that he could start working on projects. He took that advice to heart and spent a weekend taking hours of classes. He continued, throughout his time on the team to prove that what he lacked in formal training he could and would make up for it in drive and hard work.
He regularly reached out for feedback on how he was doing and what he could improve, truly interested in making the most of his junior fellowship with the team. What's even more, he was receptive to feedback and worked to improve on anything we discussed.
At the end of his junior fellowship, he was required to participate in a group project. I was impressed with his creative and conceptual thinking, as well as how well he and his team took feedback — some strong feedback that required rethinking and possibly redoing the project in only a few days — returning with an even more impressive project. I would recommend Noah to any team and add on that you're getting an ambitious, drive, thoughtful, kind and dedicated team member." and "It's been a pleasure to work with Noah on a few projects. A motivated and dedicated individual, Noah's wealth of knowledge and passion for his craft is evident from the start. His strong technical skills in production combined with a positive outlook make Noah a valuable asset to any project / team."
