• I led the ART leadership in a DevOps transformation. Identified current state, future state, and growth initiative plan to get us to the future state. 21 growth initiatives identified.
• In June ’20 we partnered with Agility Health to create a customized Agile Maturation Health Radar and Assessment. We built a Health Radar with 4 dimensions and 36 attributes. 15 Growth Initiatives identified.

• Our NVMe product transitioned from traditional waterfall NPI to SAFe AGILE. I worked as an AGILE Change Agent (ACA) to ensure successful Program Increment planning and standups of Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
• As an ACA I helped bridge the Waterfall process to the Agile methodology.
• I also filled the role of Scrum Master on one of the Product Owners teams responsible for end to end validation of the drive HW and FW.
