I greatly enjoyed my time at Professional Express as a courier, performing a new role in a completely different work environment than what I was used to. I spent much of my time transporting hundreds of packages a week from the Cincinnati Eye Institute headquarters to its different satellite locations, as well as other locations within the CVP Physicians organization. Working without a daily schedule, I had to communicate with the other couriers to manage which locations each of us would deliver packages to each day. I had to strictly manage my time since I had to be ready to adapt to the situation if any problems arose. Out of my comfort zone at first, I quickly learned how to work in an intensive environment, constantly managing different situations with my coworkers on a daily basis.

I am proud to have worked at the Harrison Branch of the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County, as I enjoyed my work and was able to make a difference in the local community and serve the business as a whole. I helped keep the library organized and comfortable, I provided a friendly face and answered questions asked by patrons, and I efficiently managed my time between shelving the borrowed items, collecting the requested materials, and completing a variety of other projects.
