- Responsible for creating proof of concept artwork for custom racing apparel. - Created a high volume of layout, graphic, and production designs for use in physical products. - Used Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop daily to produce artwork.

- Managed a team of 12 artist to create a realistic proof of concept for each custom product order. - Worked with customers to design their custom product as well as assisting them through the design process. This includes sending the proof of concept for ideas on revisions and answering any questions they may have along the way.- Responsible for sending artwork to the product production team after customer approval. - Cut artwork production times down from roughly 48 hours to sub- 24 hours. - Successfully completed over 1,300 orders in a 6 month period from September 2021 to March 2022. - Formulated new processes, templates and designs to inspire the artists and created a higher level of efficiency in the team. This included revamping company design templates for global consistency and training new artists.
