Coordinated with the ENEC to resolve over 500 Tier II remedy tickets to include but not limited to; installing, troubleshooting and validating over 400 devices.Developed and implemented the ASG-J Brigade S6 helpdesk SOP which significantly streamlined customer support and reduced ticket response times. Oversaw and maintained the helpdesk support portal page, resulting in over 300 Tier I trouble tickets resolved. Increased communications readiness throughout ASG-J by seamlessly integrating over 100 Lifecycle devices.
