After working at All Gutter Systems, I made the transition to a small tech start-up I saw vast potential in to help share my experience and product knowledge with other businesses around the world.I played a pivotal role in designing the proposal/estimate solution in ArcSite (effectively taking the product from a CAD drawing solution to a mobile estimate solution geared towards contractors) spearheaded ArcSite's sales process as their first sales hire and second US based employee, helped guide our content strategy and messaging, and traveled to present ArcSite to clients and groups around the United States.During my tenure we grew from $800,000 to $4 Million in annual recurring revenue and from 3 to 18 US based employees. Left due to disagreements over the future of the company, product direction, equity, leadership, and more.

During my tenure I also moved the company from working primarily with pen and paper to a paperless proposal and client management system, utilizing CRM's and state-of-the-art mobile CAD technology (ArcSite) with sales tracking and automated follow up.As a result, we increased our prices by about 20% while simultaneously increasing our close rate. During my tenure, I recognized the need for a solution that would enable salespeople to create estimates through drawing a picture.
