• I competed in 2 seasons of VEX robotics. The first season being 2023-2024 Over Under and the current season for 2024-2025 High Stakes• I have cooperated with the team leadership in implementing training for the new members and localizing subgoals using Microsoft Teams' built-in task list for all subsystems, and assist in teaching a iterative design process where rapid prototyping and feedback allow everyone to fine tune the success of our robots to my subsystem• My roles were widespread in this this team environment such as construct the physical products of the robots in our team lab using power tools and university provided machinery, promote the club in outreach events whether in the nearby area or at our university, illustrate the engineering notebook required for competition by making custom formatted engineering drawings of the robot parts and assemblies, and facilitate cross-disciplinary collaboration with mechanical and software subsystems to ensure integration • I was part of the first team in club history to make it to the VEX World Championship in Dallas, TX (2023-2024) and this year's team strives to meet higher expectations for the 2024-2025 season.

As a Front End Assistant, a normal day to day basis in my shifts began with searching for the Front End Supervisor to check in on which section needs the most coverage so the store remains operational. These sections can consist of either completing daily recovery tasks for store merchandise and member requests, taking role of a cashier assistant to help diffuse the pollution of customers within the cashier area. If I was not needed inside for the duration of my shift, I would be asked to contribute to the outside groups which involve retrieving carts, maintaining tidiness of the front of the store, helping members with loading into their vehicle, and perform duties as a traffic control specialist. Traffic control was necessary for the time of my occupation due to plans for construction of a gas station being implemented into the store location. Once the store closes, every employee present practicing closing shift procedures. This practice includes my sectional tasks above and restoring the cleanliness of the store.
