The Chief Scribe’s role is to lead the local team(s) of scribes and actively manage operations, quality assurance, and staffing for the site(s).Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to the local scribe team and ensure the success of both the team and individuals. Complete a monthly shift schedule for the team. Responsible for successfully guiding each scribe through their full life-cycle as an employee of ScribeAmerica: Recruiting, Hiring, Training, Development and Separation. Document patient electronic medical records in real time as provider assessed and examined patient. Recorded and documented patients story, medical history, physical exam, procedures, findings, and diagnosis.

Primary responsibility falls on service to members. Also responsible for cleaning and maintaining all golf carts, ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the premises, and keeping up the driving range.

Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner. Ascertains their dining/lodging needs. Seats guests and manage the seating chart. Monitors restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.
