I handle informatics responsibilities for providers during patient visits in Oak Street Health centers. I am trained to be an expert in structured clinical assessments, accurate and specific documentation, population health workflows, and team based care. I also work to facilitate efficient and effective medical care for our patients.

- Assist Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry professors during and outside of lab- Facilitate discussions between students and foster an inclusive environment during lab- Hold weekly office hours to support students and check their lab work- Grade students' lab work

Assist the PI with broad range of experiments on the topic of climate change in marine ecosystems, perform live injections, live-imaging, complete data analysis, animal care, lab maintenance and organization, administrative tasks, and experimental designs.

Gained diabetes and obesity research experience at the Keck School of Medicine (KSOM) of USC. Conducted breakthrough rodent-model research in the laboratories of KSOM faculty members and gained advanced science, translational, and clinical research experiences. Presented research findings to the KSOM community at large.

The MI3 program is designed to provide prospective medical school students with an opportunity to experience true hospital life. Activities ranging from shadowing doctors during clinical rounds in various specialties to presenting innovative ideas to hospital management and doctors are all a part of this summer-long internship.Key Accomplishments:• Independently researched, designed, and presented on at-home epileptic seizure detection device to physicians and hospital administration.• Collaborated with team to develop product for hospitalized children and presented medical device prototype to the Innovation Institute within CHOC.

This externship provided an opportunity to work with and shadow 5 physicians in their respective fields. It provided insight into the daily life of these physicians as well as strong connections with the doctors and my fellow externs interested in the medical field.
