I'm Noah Mason, a recent graduate from the University of Tampa, where I earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance and Entrepreneurship. Throughout my academic journey, I developed a large interest in the commercial real estate sector. Now equipped with a solid foundation in business management, finance, and market analysis, I am eager to transition into the dynamic world of commercial real estate. I am drawn to the challenges and opportunities in commercial real estate, from identifying potential properties to negotiating deals, optimizing property performance, analyzing the financial components of a deal and working to secure debt/equity for real estate projects .
