Hired with the mandate to drive strategic implementation of $600M project business plan from acquisition through delivery. Responsibilities included establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and clients, financial due diligence and anticipated cost analysis, supervision of project architecture and engineering; and restructuring of staff and consultant teams, with responsibility for 15 external direct reports, and an overall staff of 300. Projects included a 195,000-square-foot luxury condominium development designed by Foster + Partners at 551 West 21st Street.

Served as project executive and client liaison for Film at Lincoln Center for construction of a multi-venue movie theater, a state-of-the-art amphitheater, and a café and ancillary support spaces designed by David Rockwell; and for The Public Theater as owner’s representative and government relations consultant for the Public’s facilities master plan designed by Ennead Architects, including reconstruction of a designated NYC landmark exterior façade and entranceway, a new ground floor lobby; and a new mezzanine-level restaurant designed by David Rockwell.
