I am a first year business student at UC Lindner College of Business exploring different career pathways to find what suits me best. In the first year experience, I worked in real world situations, partnering with companies like La Rosa's and Hamilton Jobs and Family Services for our projects throughout each semester. I took a leadership role as co-manager for Project Impact, where Hamilton Jobs and Family Services picked our presentation as the best out of the competing groups for solving their retention and turnover rates. As I've dipped my feet into working with real world companies, I am looking for co-ops and internships in any field of business, particularly marketing and operations management at the moment.I am eager to keep working at my academics and take any opportunities that come my way to gain experience and practical skills for the business world.
