As Menlo79 rapidly grows, building a structured, scalable sales process is essential to our success. In my role as Junior Revenue Operations Manager, I’m responsible for optimizing our sales operations to support a high-performing, ever-expanding team, allowing sellers to focus on what they do best - selling.Some of the projects and responsibilities I’ve taken on include:- Automating reporting processes for the sales team, streamlining insights and freeing up time for higher-impact activities- Heavily managing, revising, and optimizing our CRM system to ensure it’s efficient, user-friendly, and fully aligned with our sales goals- Generating 550+ B2B leads, consistently fueling the sales pipeline with quality opportunities- Supporting the CRO by accurately tracking KPIs and providing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making- Enhancing and scaling the sales process to ensure it remains effective as the team and company growThrough these efforts, I aim to drive operational efficiency and create a foundation for sustainable growth within the sales organization.
