- Dual faceted role managing in house IT services and all Production needs for Grace Midtown church- In house IT management includes Apple device deployment and management, Google Suite Admin,Podcast RSS feed management, Network engineering and management, and Website management. - Production Manager responsibilities include leading a Camera and Video team and 2 Audio Engineers to produce a live streamed and in-person attended weekly gathering of 300-500 people.This includes QSC system management, Audio Engineering, and Video and Audio Post Production.

- Perform remote and in-person Tier 1 Helpdesk support that includes troubleshooting technical issues, remote access solutions, and software installs for staff which uses MacOS devices.- Manage Zendesk ticketing software to receive and assign tickets. - Currently a part time role working with the AVL Director to oversee the use and maintenance of Audio Visual gear spread across three campuses as well as lead teams of 2-3 volunteers in each gathering.- Responsibilities include mixing audio on a Midas M32 or Pro2 digital mixing board for several weekly gatherings in an 800 seat room or a 100 seat room, setup and tear down of portable sound systems for mobile events, and organizing and inventorying multiple site-wide storage spaces.- Worked with a team to design and implement live stream solutions for several settings to serve congregants when we were not meeting and when they were unable to return to in person gatherings. The solutions included two separate mixing desks and instituting a technical producer role who oversaw OBS streaming software and Blackmagic camera switcher
