I transferred locations upon relocation to Wellington over university breaks, quickly becoming a reliable and welcomed member of the Stewart Dawsons team. As a casual sales assistant who predominantly works over the Christmas period during university breaks, I have not assumed the same level of responsibility as in Pascoes. However, I continue to be confident in my ability to build genuine connections with both customers and coworkers, as reflected in my workplace performance.

I excelled at achieving KPIs, reflected in an exceptional PDR for the 2020 financial year. I also accumulated an array of experience in skills through the job also such as recruitment, crew training, and running shifts. On top of this, I regularly complete several administrational tasks such as completing nightly P.O.S settlements and daily banking summaries, and communicating with customers, suppliers, and head-office using e-mail and phone calls.

In my parents' cafe, I have established a strong base in terms of my communication and social skills—especially in regards to customer service and team camaraderie. I have also become comfortable with advising on general business operation decisions in a logical and critical manner.
