Founding member and design and advertising lead for the not for profit Social Enterprise.

Created campaigns for Uber Eats, Uber Reserve, Kathmandu and Pepsi.

I was creative director on brands including Westpac, McDonald's, Coles, J&J, Expedia. I also held the position of Head of Art across the broader agency.

I was founding Creative Lead of the start up Host office in Singapore. Although only a short stint I helped client Coca-Cola launch their Ayataka Japanese Green Tea brand into the Singapore market and ensured sales well exceeded expectations. We were successful in winning several pitches including a global digital project for Unilever Lux, Citibank, Bic Pens, Bic Lighters, a brand redesign and brand advertising for SMRT and were invited to work on digital/social projects for Google and Coca-Cola.

Worked across several accounts and developed campaigns for Unilever Vaseline, Google, British Airways, Dulux Paints that ran in several markets across Asia Pacific.

I was Creative Director and partner at The Monkeys, Sydney. During my 4 year tenure at The Monkeys (formally the less formerly titled Three Drunk Monkeys) I oversaw dynamic growth within the agency from 10 employees to become the largest independent creative agency in Australia with over 90 employees. My time there coincided with many creative highlights including being awarded Gold at the Clio and Effie awards and being selected at every other major award show including D&AD, One Show and AWARD. The Monkeys were named Campaign Brief NSW Creative Agency of the Year, Australian Creative magazine’s top ‘Creative Hot Shop’ and B&T magazine’s advertising agency of the year two years in a row. In 2011 my ‘Ship Song Project’ for Sydney Opera House was named B&T’s campaign of the year and Australian Creative magazine’s Ad of the year and was awarded Grand Prix and Gold at the Australasian Branded Entertainment Awards.I oversaw, inspired and motivated all creative teams and the agency more broadly as well as concepting and creating campaigns and strategies directly.It was very much a client facing role; so I was involved with establishing the goals and aims of a brief with client, right through to strategy, brief, creative development and finally client presentation.As an independent agency they prided themselves on having a non-traditional approach to the work they did. I was very hands on in developing work in a wide variety of mediums for a wide range of clients. Everything from TVC, press, outdoor, digital, music videos, documentary, PR and long form TV show development.I was also involved in hiring creative talent and developing new and innovative ways of structuring the way a creative agency operates and works on projects.

I was a senior art director and developed award winning and successful campaigns for clients including VW, Marmite and Harvey Nichols, helping DDB London rank third at the 2008 Cannes Advertising Festival.
